When i first heard of it I thought they were talking of a nightclub or a music style.

Labour nonces and their trendy catchy feely rubbish which adds up to a big nought.

Try contacting them- they never answer the dam phone. And there email is returned so I think what a waste of space- just another link in the scam.

They happen to be the people who regulate the ambulance chasing advisory services who want you to sign up and they will get you compnsation- what compensation- don't worry they will find something or someone to complain about- but definatly no them.

Complaints regarding advisory groups like emc are not answered. They all ignore the whitewash rules they are said to have laid down- it's all total fluff.

Wow these people sound so nice.

Problems?

They are completely unaccountable.

It's as if history does not matter to these people they ignore it. "power corrupts and all power corrupts absolutely". Now anyone with half a brain knows that- but oh no the Financial Ombudsman knows better.

They boast it is they who have the only say.

They who make judgements.

The public have the right to go to court.

Any business or one man band who is in front of them have no right to go to court-they must abide by their decision.

ok that may sound bad, but it gets worse.

the daily telegraph recently highlighted their adjudicators training- and guess what? It's a one day induction course! No previous qualifications required. So if you are a failed megalomaniac, power crazed, control freak- your in luck! Get onto their web site and apply - brains not required.

Making laws retrospective is nothing to them. If it was Ok todo something in the 80's, or 90's etc... and if they got out of the wrong side of the bed that morning and your case is in front of them- HARD LUCK MATE.

What utter BS this company trots out.

They take 40%! of a claim- for what- sweet fa.

Type out the letter yourself it's your money and your compensation.

Google the words 'emc uk' and you will very quickly see what a nasty bunch they really are.

Their web site is full of lies, they cold call, and once you have signed that's it- no way of going back.
